Absolutely stunning capture. With any bird this would have been a photo to be very proud of, but knowing how small and fast-moving these little birds are makes it all the more special. The lighting, the atmosphere, the colours, the slight haze in the air, the perfect pose of the firecrest, the details... it all comes together!
